This job is suitable for you if you enjoy varied workdays, customer service, and mobile work in different stores. WHAT KIND OF WORK IS OFFERED? The work is mobile and takes place primarily in various stores in the Pirkanmaa region. Shifts vary according to need, and the work includes typical retail tasks such as cashier duties, customer service, and shelving. The work offers the opportunity to see different work environments and gain valuable experience in the retail sector. WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU? - Readiness to work morning and weekday shifts - A driver's license and the ability to move between different locations - Willingness to be on call with short (24 h) notice - Fluent Finnish language skills - A positive customer service attitude and flexibility Previous work experience from a grocery store is considered an advantage. WHAT DO WE OFFER YOU? - Versatile and mobile work in different stores - The opportunity to develop your skills in the retail sector Salary: Salary according to the retail sector collective agreement (TES) depending on experience, approximately €12.81–14.57/h In addition, evening, night, and weekend bonuses are paid according to the TES. Additionally, we offer: - Mileage allowance for the portion exceeding 30 km - On-call compensation €100 / week EMPLOYMENT TERMS Employment: fixed-term 3.8.–27.9.
