Shovel Worker (Kaarina) Application period 23.07.2026 – 16.08.2026 We are looking for a shovel worker for the Kaarina area! The employment is fixed-term and the estimated duration is 2 months, but there is also a possibility for a longer-term employment relationship. Our client company offers all earth-moving services for companies and private individuals with many decades of experience. The position will be filled as soon as a suitable person is found, as work can start immediately. Mainly, you will work in cooperation with the excavator driver regarding the finishing of the environment. From time to time, you will participate in other possible assisting tasks on the construction site. Work is normally done Mon-Fri and 40h/week. What do we hope for from you? • Previous experience in the field is an advantage, but attitude is seen as more important than experience. • A valid occupational safety and road safety card is considered an advantage, but we will train the applicant for the cards if necessary. • Ability to use your own car due to the location of the construction site. • We also value initiative, the ability to learn and adopt new things, attentiveness, the ability to commit to work, good physical condition, as well as flexibility due to possible overtime.
