Company: Granlund Oy Location: Malmi Start date: By agreement in August–September 2026 Employment type: Full-time, permanent employment contract through Academic Work Work type: Staffing assignment Job description As a technical drafter/design assistant at Granlund, your work will focus mainly on 2D HVAC drawing and 3D modelling, as well as documenting and managing drawings. You will make extensive use of various design software and systems. You will work closely with project managers and designers as part of a seven-person team. The team works in a hybrid model, mainly on-site at the Malmi office. Tasks Preparing 2D HVAC drawings and 3D modelling for different types of sites, such as schools, offices and hotels Managing and saving project documents in project banks Collaborating with the team’s project manager and designers as part of the HVAC department We are looking for Previous work experience in HVAC drafting Relevant educational background, for example as an HVAC drafter, design assistant or engineer Strong command of design software such as MagiCAD for AutoCAD and MagiCAD for Revit A general orientation toward systems and the ability to learn new systems, including project banks, Solibri, Navis and MS Office tools Fluent Finnish and at least intermediate English As an employee, you are: Precise, careful and systematic—you enjoy detailed and occasionally routine work Responsible—you work to a high standard and follow project-specific instructions A team player—you want to support your colleagues and get along well with others Some client sites require passing a limited security clearance.
