We are seeking a registered nurse for a permanent position at the Neurological Rehabilitation Ward in the Synapsia building. Your work will emphasize a functional capacity-maintaining approach within our skilled and multidisciplinary work community. About Us We are a 23-bed ward providing demanding rehabilitation primarily for working-age patients who have suffered a stroke or brain injury. Patients are transferred to our ward directly from hospital care, and the average rehabilitation period lasts one month. Our ward is located in the Synapsia building on Nordenskiöldinkatu, but we will move to the new Laakso joint hospital in 2028. Job Description Working at the Neurological Rehabilitation Ward involves interesting and versatile rehabilitative nursing care, offering professional development opportunities for both new colleagues and experienced veterans. This allows you to focus calmly on learning and mastering your tasks. You will receive support from active supervisors and experienced nursing professionals. Additionally, you will always have skilled colleagues to rely on. The work is multidisciplinary, and we collaborate closely with experts from various fields. This enriches daily work and provides a broad perspective on the holistic care of patients. Neuro-nursing is rewarding and meaningful, allowing you to influence patients' recovery and see the concrete results of your work. The role emphasizes guiding, active, and interactive cooperation with patients and their families.
