Helsinki University Property Services Ltd (HY247) is a multidisciplinary community of about 300 employees providing top-quality property services to university members. We are seeking a Service Manager responsible for the daily management of cleaning and environmental services, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and developing staff skills and operations. As a Service Manager, you will act as an expert and supervisor for your area of responsibility. You will lead practical operations and ensure that agreed procedures are visible in daily work, customer experience, and service quality. The role combines personnel management, operational activities, customer cooperation, and continuous development. Your work will focus on planning, coordinating, implementing, and developing practical services in collaboration with staff, customers, and other stakeholders.
