In the lecturer's role, you will design, implement, evaluate, participate in, and develop the offering of UAS, Master's (YAMK), and continuing education in the transport sector in close cooperation with other lecturers across educational boundaries and in collaboration with working life. You will be responsible for guiding and engaging students in working life projects within your area of expertise. Additionally, you will participate in the teaching work of the entire transport education responsibility based on your expertise, the development of online learning environments in UAS and Master's education as well as continuing education, and the supervision of theses. You have interest and expertise in at least three of the following areas: - accessible physical and digital urban transport environments and services (e.g., public transport) - transport data and technology in the transport sector - maintenance and procurement - digital twins and simulations, artificial intelligence (traffic models and city models) - street design - rail transport - SUMP planning and work We will define your job description more precisely based on your expertise. The eligibility requirement for the lecturer is at least three years of experience in any of the areas mentioned above and a higher education degree. If you lack pedagogical qualifications for teachers (Decree on Universities of Applied Sciences 1129/2014 Section 17), feel free to apply; you can complete the required studies within three academic years of the commencement of employment. The transport education responsibility is responsible for the UAS degree program for transport engineers, the Sustainable Urban Design Bachelor of Engineering degree program, and the Future Transport Systems YAMK degree program.
