Nurse

Nurse for a permanent position at HUS Meilahti campus, Meilahti Tornisairaala and Puistosairaala units in the Vascular Surgery outpatient unit. The nurse works as a physician’s partner in the outpatient clinic and conducts independent peripheral circulation studies (ABI and oxygen tension measurements). There are opportunities to specialise further in wound care or clinical ultrasonography. Responsibilities include patient care along the care pathway from referral to booking for treatment and post-procedure follow-up in medical or nursing clinics; also serving patients via the customer service center by phone and digital services. The position supports a regular day schedule with weekends off. Experience in vascular surgery patient care and wound care is valued but not mandatory.
