Olana Energy is now looking for a Project Development Director for its growing team! **Job Description** The Project Development team is holistically responsible for the development of industrial-scale infrastructure projects, such as battery storage and data centers. You will work on several projects at different stages simultaneously and ensure their feasibility and planned progress in cooperation with landowners, grid companies, authorities, and other stakeholders. Your work is versatile and varied: you will participate, among other things, in land acquisition, land use and permitting processes, and securing grid capacity. Additionally, you will produce financing-related materials and support the progress of projects toward investment readiness. In a small organization, you will also be able to influence the development of project development practices and strategy. **Who are we looking for?** We are looking for a person who already has experience in renewable energy project development and a desire to take the next step in their career in a growth company.
