Join us in designing and implementing the world's most advanced cruise ships and leave your mark on shipbuilding history! Meyer Turku offers you an encouraging workplace where you can develop and pursue your own unique career. What does the production design coordinator's duties include? As a production design coordinator, you are responsible for coordinating the design of areas assigned to you and ensuring that the design work progresses according to the ship project schedule and meets the requirements of the customer and construction. You will play a key role as a contact person between different departments of the shipyard, turnkey suppliers, partners, and the customer. You will actively participate in problem solving and the development of operating methods. In this position, you will monitor and coordinate the design of the ship's interior areas from the design phase through several production phases to the delivery of the ship. You are active, self-directed and cooperative. You work systematically and complete the tasks of your area of responsibility regularly. You work in a changing multi-project environment, so you are able to organize your work even in the middle of a rush. Experience with, for example, AutoCAD, Cadmatic, Kronodoc, JIRA, SAP or MS Office software is considered an advantage.
