This position reports to: CoE-L Nordics Manager Your role and responsibilities We are now looking for a new Systems Operations Specialist to join our team in ABB Motion Center Of Expertise -Logistics (CoE-L) organization in Vaasa. In this role, you will drive operational excellence and digitalization across ABB Motion’s logistics network by optimizing systems, ensuring compliant cross-border flows, and enabling data-driven decision-making to support delivery performance and cost efficiency. The work model for this role is hybrid, #LI-Hybrid You will be mainly accountable for: - Systems & Processes: Independently manage and develop TMS and SAP SD solutions; coordinate system enhancements and ensure stable operations to secure on time deliveries and revenues. - Data, Analytics & BI: Analyze KPIs and operational data; collaborate with BI teams who develop dashboards and control tower views, ensuring data is translated into actionable improvements. - Projects & Continuous Improvement: Lead data-driven initiatives, implement solutions across the business, and support stakeholders in developing efficient processes and cost savings via system capabilities. - Governance & Compliance: Ensure alignment with ABB policies, trade regulations, and internal controls; manage data quality, user access, and support audits. - Digitalization & Best Practices: Advance CoE-L services, visibility tools, and analytics capabilities; share knowledge, support global teams, and drive adoption of best practices. Qualifications for the role - BSc. or MSc. level degree from a relevant field, such as engineering, IT, industrial management or business administration - Extensive experience with SAP, GTS, TMS platforms, Power BI, advanced Excel, enterprise data & BI solutions - Fluency in Finnish and English, both written and spoken - A team player attitude with good communication and collaboration skills - Familiarity with Control towers, IoT tracking, warehouse execution systems Benefits Our culture and benefits reflect our values: courage, care, curiosity and collaboration.   • Fluency in Finnish and English (written and spoken)
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Familiarity with Control towers, IoT tracking, and warehouse execution systems
