We are seeking an experienced FINANCE MANAGER for our client's Finnish office in Turku for a fixed-term position of 4-6 months to support the organization's transition phase. The Finance Manager plays a key role in financial reporting, statutory compliance, and the development of financial processes. The role involves close cooperation with the business, the Finance Business Partner, and the group's financial administration service center. Since daily financial transactions are handled centrally at the service center, the role focuses on reporting, closing processes, ensuring the accuracy of financial information, and supporting the business. Responsibilities: - ensuring the timeliness and quality of financial reporting - handling key tasks in the closing and reporting processes - ensuring the accuracy and reliability of financial information - preparing statutory financial statements and coordinating audits - managing tax and authority reporting - developing financial processes, internal controls, and operations in accordance with group requirements Requirements: - a relevant university degree and at least five years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, auditing, or similar financial administration roles - fluent skills in Finnish and English - strong accounting expertise and experience using ERP systems and Excel - a good understanding of financial reporting, statutory requirements, and internal controls - experience in logistics, transport, or supply chain business is considered an advantage - a systematic and proactive approach to work and the ability to manage multiple simultaneous tasks - a collaborative and practical way of operating in an international environment We offer: - a versatile and responsible role in an international logistics company - the opportunity to influence the development of financial processes and the renewal of operating methods - close cooperation with the business and the international finance organization - a hybrid work model with a workstation located in Turku - a fixed-term position that may open opportunities for longer-term roles - the opportunity to start immediately and quickly become part of the organization's important transition phase.
