Property caretaker

We are looking for a proactive, customer‑oriented property caretaker for a permanent position in central Helsinki. You will be responsible for a range of property maintenance and upkeep tasks. Your days will include maintenance rounds, handling fault notifications, minor repair and upkeep work, and ensuring the technical operation of the properties. The work location is centrally located in Helsinki with good public transport links, and the role includes on‑call shifts, so a B driving license and the ability to use your own car are an advantage. Preferred qualifications include a real estate/Facilities training, basic knowledge of building services, electrical or HVAC systems, experience with maintenance and property management systems, and prior on‑call experience. We offer a permanent and varied role in a respected property, comprehensive onboarding and a supportive team, modern tools, opportunities to grow and advance, and a competitive salary based on experience.
