Staff to CFO

A deep foundation in accounting and finance is preferred. Exceptional candidates from adjacent fields may be considered. Recent graduates and early-career professionals are encouraged to apply. This position can be performed only from the US. A few examples of your responsibilities: Influence our financial strategy. Partner closely with the leadership team to shape long-term planning, capital allocation, investment decisions, and other major strategic choices with significant implications. Drive financial planning and performance management. Support budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and performance tracking to help the business achieve its goals. Improve reporting and financial processes. Contribute to accurate financial reporting, strengthen controls, support compliance requirements, and help prepare for audits. Support cash and capital management. Assist with treasury activities, cash flow forecasting, financial planning, and relationships with banking partners. Improve business economics. Identify opportunities to improve profitability, optimize costs, and evaluate investments and resource allocation. Build scalable finance capabilities. Help develop finance tools, processes, and reporting systems that enable a growing and increasingly complex organization.
