We are now seeking an EMPLOYMENT LAWYER for our expert employment law team. This is a fixed-term parental leave substitute position until the end of 2027. In this role, you will independently advise managers and the rest of the organization on diverse issues related to labor legislation and collective agreements. You will participate in co-operation with employee representatives and be involved in change negotiations and business transfers. Additionally, you will participate in projects related to employment matters, train managers in employment law issues, and draft guidelines. The position requires a Master of Laws (OTM) degree and several years of work experience in employment law roles. You have a strong interest in employment law. You are able to manage multiple client entities simultaneously and focus on the essentials in your advising. You have an independent, active, and solution-oriented approach to work and wish to develop your own employment law expertise. You have good interaction skills and are a reliable and flexible team member. We are part of the international ISS Group, so in addition to fluent Finnish, you will also work in English when necessary.
