As a summer worker with us, you will ensure that customers have clean and safe premises, while ensuring a smooth and reliable customer experience. Summer work may take you to various work environments, such as healthcare and care facilities, each with its own specific characteristics. Summer substitutions are also available, where you work together in the same customer site for the duration of the employment. Tasks and tools used vary by site. In some sites, the work includes both maintenance and deep cleaning, while in others, you focus on either maintenance cleaning or deep cleaning. This allows you to develop your skills in different tasks and operating environments. Your summer workday may include, for example, washing various surfaces, vacuuming, dusting, refilling hygiene supplies, and machine-based tasks. Deep cleaning may include window washing, removing high-level dust, and more thorough cleaning of surfaces and floors. Depending on your skills, you may also participate in floor waxing and wax removal. All this leads our customers toward a more sustainable tomorrow and enables a smoother everyday life for them. Luotea – Impact deeper than the surface What is required to succeed in this summer job? * Previous experience in cleaning tasks, especially deep cleaning, is considered an advantage * A positive attitude, flexibility, and precision in work tasks * Class B driver's license and the possibility of using your own car * Occupational safety card is considered an advantage * Helpful Finnish language skills and fluent English language skills * Depending on the nature of the site, it may be possible that before the employment begins, we require the selected person to have vaccination protection according to section 48 of the Communicable Diseases Act (protection against measles and varicella provided by either vaccination or having had the disease) as well as drug testing (drug screen 6).
