Experience Tours Lapland is seeking energetic and customer-oriented tour guides for the 2026-2027 winter season in Rovaniemi. We offer a unique opportunity to work in Lapland's stunning landscapes, sharing unforgettable experiences with travelers from around the world! Responsibilities: Your primary role will be to act as a Northern Lights guide for groups during evening and nighttime tours. On these tours, you will guide clients, share insights about Laplands nature and culture, and ensure a safe and memorable experience. Additionally, the job includes leading daytime excursions for small groups, such as trips to national parks, where you will guide clients in various outdoor activities. The work is dynamic, involving customer service, contributing to tour planning, and ensuring the safety of the group. What We Expect from You: - A valid B drivers license and strong driving skills, as you will transport clients to tour destinations, sometimes over long distances in winter conditions. - Fluent English, as our clients are primarily international travelers. Additional language skills (e.g., French, Spanish, Italy) are a plus! - Enthusiasm for working during evenings and nights. - A customer-oriented attitude, a positive mindset, and the ability to adapt to varying situations.
