As a supervising foreman you lead your project independently. We want you to take on responsibility, supported by a flexible and skilled team. The position requires suitable education and solid experience in repair and interior construction. You must be able to lead a project independently, take initiative, and guide other staff. You will manage projects safely and cost-efficiently from start to finish, and you should have skills in site schedule control and overall cost management. Good interpersonal skills and problem-solving ability are valued, and proficiency with IT software used in construction is expected. Nice-to-haves include experience in procurement and cost accounting and a track record of well-managed projects as a supervising foreman.
