The facility services of Uurainen municipality are seeking a building caretaker for a fixed-term position from October 1, 2026, to August 31, 2027. In this role, you will substitute for a caretaker on parental leave, focusing primarily on the maintenance of properties owned by Uuraisten vuokratalot Oy. Additional responsibilities include the daycare center, health center, and sports field maintenance buildings. You will be part of the technical services maintenance team, supported by management, two other caretakers, an HVAC technician, and a construction professional. The working hours are standard full-time (38.25h/week), Monday to Thursday 7:00–15:30 and Friday 7:00–13:45. The position includes on-call duty approximately every seven weeks, covering the municipality's properties, Uuraisten vuokratalot Oy properties, and the water and sewage plant's emergency maintenance.
