Property Services Foreman

We are looking for a professional and enthusiastic foreman for property services in Sodankylä for a permanent, full-time (37.5 h/week) position. In your role, you will be responsible for customer accounts at various sites and serve as the supervisor for a team of 10 people. As a property maintenance foreman, you will also manage the daily operational activities of our business, which includes planning indoor and outdoor work, maintaining customer relationships, and active use of maintenance logging systems. Your daily routine will also include directing and processing work, verifying purchase invoices and time entries, as well as holding meetings and property tours with customers. We expect you to have: - A suitable degree for the position and previous work experience in property maintenance and supervisory roles - A solution-oriented and proactive approach to work, as well as good interpersonal skills - Readiness for change and enthusiasm to develop alongside a growing company - Fluent oral and written Finnish language skills - Good IT skills - At least a Class B driver's license Considered an advantage: - Machinery operating skills and motivation to go into the field when necessary - Technical building systems expertise We offer a pleasant and friendly work group.
