Investment Analyst

We are seeking an Investment Analyst to support our real estate and infrastructure investment unit. The role involves investment analysis, valuation of real estate investment targets, evaluating financing solutions, producing market, portfolio and project analyses, developing data and AI usage in portfolio management, and maintaining reporting tools. You will support the real estate investment team, provide analysis support to portfolio managers and other team members, coordinate DD processes for real estate deals and financing, support leasing and portfolio management in operations, participate in team projects, and manage information related to the real estate portfolio (websites, systems). The right candidate is proactive, analytical and curious, understands the basics of investment analysis and decision-making, can draw justified conclusions independently, is meticulous yet able to see the big picture, and enjoys teamwork. We require a relevant university degree (commerce, DI or equivalent), experience in real estate investment, finance or analysis tasks, strong analytical skills and experience in investment modeling, ability to leverage data, technology and AI, good coordination and collaboration skills, and an interest in the dynamics of real estate markets.
