Service Point Manager

Service Point Manager for Kokkola Branch We are seeking a supervisor for the Kokkola service point to lead the team, sales, customer service, and the operational activities of the service point. At this location, we perform tire work and sales for both light and heavy vehicles, as well as car maintenance. You will be responsible for the operation of the service point and personnel management with the support of Euromaster's processes and tools. You are a professional with previous supervisory experience who leads the team's performance with a coaching approach. You make things happen, keep the premises organized, and enable your team to achieve top performance. Managing occupational safety and well-being is a priority for you. Additionally, you are interested in monitoring success through your unit's profit and loss statement and can analyze and utilize data to support your management. We specifically hope for: Excellent coaching-based supervisory skills Evidence of successful sales work and sales management Result-orientation and efficient working methods Openness and a desire to learn and develop Fluent Finnish language skills; Swedish and English skills are a plus Valid driver's license (B, C) An entrepreneurial attitude and a strong desire to achieve results will help you succeed in this role. Previous experience in the tire industry and/or car maintenance will support the conditions for success.
