Foreman

Raskone is looking for a foreman for the Ylivieska workshop. We are looking for a person with a passion for the maintenance of commercial vehicle fleets and a desire to be part of a top team. Raskone has the tools and facilities in order. What will I be doing at Raskone? In this versatile role, you will work in foreman duties and spare parts sales. You will be part of a professional foreman team and serve as the immediate supervisor for a team of mechanics. In addition to daily workshop management, your duties include scheduling work and repair bookings as well as active communication with customers. As a spare parts salesperson, you enable the smoothness of workshop work with appropriate spare parts delivered on time. In workshop management, you operate at the forefront, affecting the customer service experience and internal smoothness through your daily activities, enabling your team members to succeed. Previous experience in supervisory work and knowledge of workshop operations is an advantage. Experience as a mechanic or other technically acquired expertise is an advantage. As a person, you have good organizational skills and can coordinate the progress of several work items simultaneously. Thanks to good stress tolerance and problem-solving skills, you can operate effectively in rapidly changing situations. Taking over the position also requires good IT skills.
