Would you like a pleasant part-time job with children? Demo afternoon club runs after-school activities at Taivallahden schools in Helsinki. We are seeking a supervisor for Taivallahden club for the 2026-27 school year. Start as soon as possible with orientation and continue until the end of the school year on 4 June 2027. Weekly hours are 20–22 hours. Work is in the early afternoon on weekdays from 11:00 to 17:00 in varying shifts (4–5 hours). Pay is according to the private social services TES. Possibility to continue into the spring semester. Responsibilities include daily supervision and care of children, serving snacks, and assisting with homework as needed. You will also communicate with parents and participate in activity planning with other supervisors. We value reliable, positive, and safety-minded adults who work with children. Educational background is preferred (e.g., school attendance and morning/afternoon activity supervisor, practical nurse, youth and leisure supervisor, sports coach) or equivalent experience working with children. Experience with students with special needs is an advantage. We expect you to be proactive, team-oriented, and responsible, with the ability to work independently when needed. You will have influence over your content, the club activities, and your professional strengths.
