We are seeking energetic, customer-oriented guides for our client in Rovaniemi for the upcoming winter season to create unforgettable experiences in Lapland. You will guide customers in a variety of winter activities and safaris, such as husky and reindeer safaris, and Arctic nature experiences. Your duties include guiding customers on safety instructions, explaining local nature, wildlife and culture with engaging storytelling, assisting with equipment preparation, maintenance and upkeep, and ensuring a high-quality customer experience throughout the service period. Your shifts may range from short engagements to several months starting from late 2026 into early 2027, with flexible hours and options for partial scheduling. Applicants should have prior guiding experience, strong customer service skills, and be able to communicate smoothly in Finnish and English. You will meet guests in Lapland and help create memorable winter experiences.
