**Outokumpu** is looking Head of IT Finance, Controlling & Treasury based in **Helsinki** to own and continuously improve Outokumpu finance IT. **As an Head of IT Finance, Controlling & Treasury**, you translate customers requirements into product functionalities, ensures business priorities are aligned with ITs and ensure and realize maximum value for the organization **Your role:** - Ability to actively connect Finance strategy to future system needs and integrate the requirements into our IT development plan - Ability to manage the translation of functional requirements towards technical developers to ensure that we have a consistent alignment of requirements and deliverables. - Ability to contribute to functional strategy through understanding of the possibilities and limitations of Outokumpu IT environment and new emerging technologies - Representing Finance in global prioritization of the IT investments across business areas - Business Relationship management on the Finance Leadership Team level - Demand management for Finances major initiatives discussed and emerged on Finance Management Team level - Advocating IT policies, governance, security awareness and risk management within the wider Finance organization. - Reporting IT development progress, status of the Function specific projects, spend, and KPIs **About you:** - Several years of progressive professional experience - Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant field - Excellent English language, written and spoken. - Strong understanding of FI + CO processes - Basic understanding of good data governance and understanding of integration and data flows - Good understanding of SAP ERP systems - Knowledge of treasury / advanced finance tools - Capability to drive change by influencing people with positive approach - Strong background in project management - Excellence in organizing cooperation between stakeholders - Presentation and communication skills to diverse audience Seen as a plus: Understanding of stainless-steel business and industry and how it impacts our system and reporting requirements **What we offer** - Collaborative culture: a supportive, international environment focused on teamwork and continuous improvement - Competitive compensation and benefits - The autonomy and trust to take responsibility, be proactive, and work independently. **You will be located in Helsinki** and report to Head of Group Functions and IT Excellence, Sari Vehtari.
