TA for Correlation One's online data/AI curricula, supporting about 30 learners in a live online class. Responsibilities include monitoring Slack channels for class questions, providing rapid assistance during live sessions, guiding breakout discussions, and supporting lead instructors to ensure smooth delivery. Outside class hours, respond to learner questions within 24 hours, share relevant materials, and facilitate learner interaction through Slack channels. Conduct weekly office hours via Google Meet (up to 6 per week) to address learner inquiries. Grade learner assignments within 7 days of submission. Participate in weekly staff meetings and ensure cameras are on during all scheduled online meetings. Mandatory TA pre-training before program start. Fluency in Japanese and English, and prior data center facility or related environment experience preferred. Certs like CDCP are welcomed. Fully remote with Japan-time alignment. Compensation is regionally determined.
