Data Center Teaching Assistant

The company Correlation One provides AI and data talent development programs globally. Teaching Assistant (TA) supports roughly 30 students in Correlation One's online classes, assists during live sessions via Slack channels, and addresses student questions outside class time to aid understanding and retention. Responsibilities include facilitating small-group discussions, assisting the Lead Instructor during technical issues, and ensuring smooth class progression. Outside live sessions, TA answers student questions within 24 hours, shares relevant information on Slack channels, and prepares materials for upcoming classes. The program runs from Sep 7, 2026 to Apr 16, 2027, with classes held Tuesdays and Thursdays 19:00–21:30 JST. Eligible applicants have EPI CDCP certification and can communicate in Japanese and English. Prior experience in a data center facility or related environment is welcomed; leadership or mentorship experience is a plus.
