As our newly created CRM & Agentic AI Journey Specialist, you will help drive our journey toward AI-powered hyper-personalization across CRM customer journeys. You will own and optimize CRM activities across the full customer lifecycle for our three Finnish brands Rahalaitos, Omalaina and Rahoitu. You will be using data and AI to deliver relevant, timely, and impactful communication that supports both customer value and commercial growth. You work analytically and independently, but you’re also a natural collaborator – partnering with other Marketing teams, Product, Analytics, and our local marketing teams to turn insights into sharp CRM strategies, journeys, and experiments.
