Part-Time Cleaner

We are looking for an energetic and responsible maintenance cleaner in Iisalmi to take care of cleanliness at various sites, including school environments. The work is an important part of everyday life in the school community and has a direct impact on the well-being of pupils and staff. Job description and expectations As part of our cleaning team, you will work permanently at several smaller sites and, when needed, cover for absences at our different sites, including sick leave, annual leave and other absences. Your workdays may therefore vary according to the site and its needs, making the role suitable if you enjoy varied work and adapt quickly to different environments. We hope you have cleaning experience and fluent Finnish. Relevant vocational education is considered an advantage, but practical skills and a good approach to work matter most. You will succeed by taking initiative and working briskly but carefully. Because you will work at different sites and in different situations, flexibility and situational awareness are also needed. Employment The employment is permanent and the start date will be agreed. The work is part-time and involves three-shift work, with flexibility for different life situations. The property services collective agreement applies. The work includes working at schools and daycare centres, so the selected person must present a criminal-record extract.
