At GlobalConnect, we're looking for a Student Assistant – Executive Management & Strategy to become a trusted partner to our SVP of Enterprise Sales. In this exciting role, you'll gain first-hand insight into executive decision-making while supporting strategic initiatives, business performance, and commercial development across our Enterprise organization. What you'll be working on As the trusted sparring partner to the SVP of Enterprise Sales, you'll help ensure that the right insights, reporting, and decision material are available when needed. Your work will enable the SVP to focus on leading the business while you drive structure, analysis, and preparation behind the scenes. Your responsibilities will include: - Preparing executive presentations, decision material, and communication to support strategic discussions and leadership meetings. - Owning and coordinating monthly business reporting while analyzing commercial performance and translating data into actionable insights. - Supporting strategic initiatives, business development activities, and ad hoc business analyses that enable informed decision-making. - Planning and facilitating management meetings and workshops in close collaboration with stakeholders across Enterprise B2B and supporting functions. - Conducting market research and responding to ad hoc business questions with structured analyses and clear recommendations. No two days are the same, giving you broad exposure to strategy, commercial leadership, and executive decision-making. What you bring We're looking for someone who enjoys working with data, solving problems, and communicating complex topics in a simple and compelling way. Sales is dynamic, and we are looking for someone who thrives working with people and possesses great energy wanting to show up at work with a smile ready to make a positive difference. In this role there will be a steep learning curve, hence bringing an optimistic mind and a will to do make a difference is highly appreciated. Combined with a natural interest for creating structure, this could be a great match with the team! You are likely: - Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Strategy, Engineering, or a related field - Highly analytical with a structured approach to problem-solving - An advanced user of Excel working with data, and comfortable in PowerPoint building executive-level presentations, and eager to learn - Curious about AI tools and ideally have some experience with Langdock, ChatGPT, or others - Fluent in written and spoken English and ideally also Danish - Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of your tasks - Curious, proactive, and eager to learn Experience supporting senior stakeholders or working with business reporting is an advantage but not a requirement.
