Technical Program Manager - Verda - Remote - Global

As our infrastructure, teams, and customer base continue to grow, we are looking for a Technical Program Manager to help identify and remove the bottlenecks that naturally emerge at scale. Your responsibilities include identifying and removing technical, operational, and organizational bottlenecks, leading large cross-functional programs, designing and improving processes, taking a hands-on approach when necessary, using data and metrics to understand inefficiencies, building dashboards and reporting mechanisms, coordinating across teams, supporting critical projects, and creating scalable operating practices. Key competencies include experience as a TPM or similar role, strong technical foundation, proven leadership in large programs, analytical mindset, excellent communication, ability to operate in fast environments, proactive ownership, and balancing short-term and long-term goals. Nice to have skills include experience in cloud infrastructure, distributed systems, HPC, AI infrastructure, and familiarity with technologies like Kubernetes, Argo CD, GitLab CI, Linux, Grafana, Prometheus, PostgreSQL, Ansible, Salt, or similar.
