As a Master Barista, you are responsible for ensuring and developing the quality of coffee and other products, as well as enhancing the guest experience by training and supporting your café employees. You act as an ambassador and role model for Espresso House's café standards, promoting the company's values, culture, and operating methods. You are also an important part of your café's Leader Team, which includes the café managers. We increase your salary by +€0.5/h after 6 months of employment and another +€0.5/h after 12 months. After one year of work, your hourly wage will be €13.71/h + additions. Additionally, our employees receive a 50% discount on our food and drink products.
