Practical Nurse

Welcome to work at Esperi Palvelukeskus Sastamalakoti. Palvelukeskus Sastamalakoti offers safe and individual housing for elderly people in different stages of life. There are a total of 95 resident places, 50 in 24-hour service housing and 45 in community and senior housing. The center became part of Esperi in April 2026. At the core of our work are encounters and the resident's good everyday life. Our community consists of competent and warm-hearted professionals who support each other and work together. You will not be left alone, but will have experienced colleagues and comprehensive orientation. Your workday as a practical nurse: Your job description includes responsible and versatile care and customer service work, with the main emphasis on assisting residents in daily activities according to their needs. Your workday consists of, among other things, care and guidance of residents, medication, planning and participating in care, and activity work. Employment details: We are looking for practical nurses for part-time hourly work with a 1-115 h/3 weeks contract and for on-call work with a framework agreement that does not obligate you to a certain number of hours. You can state in your application what kind of work you are interested in. Start date is by agreement. The work is 3-shift work. Salary: We follow the private social services sector collective agreement, the salary category for practical nurses is G20C and the hourly wage is approx. 14.50 €/h without experience additions. Experience and shift additions are determined according to the collective agreement. What we hope for from you: practical nurse degree, valid medication permits, hygiene passport and vaccination protection according to the Communicable Diseases Act, at least functional basic language skills in Finnish (B1 level). Previous work experience with elderly people is considered an advantage. We also ask to see a criminal record extract. Apply through our system by August 23rd.
