Library Services Director

The City of Heinola is seeking a library services director to lead and develop the municipal library toward a new, communal and experiential operation. The role is responsible for the overall library services, guiding operations, developing customer-oriented services and building the library into a versatile meeting place for residents. It also includes personnel, finances and extensive collaboration with various actors. The development focuses on promoting reading, supporting competence and offering spaces for learning, hobbies and community activity.
