Restaurant Syke is located in the Lääkäritalo building in Vallila, Helsinki, with good transport connections near the Sörnäinen metro station. We offer our customers high-quality buffet lunches, a cozy bistro with cafe and snack options, as well as high-level meeting, party, and representation services. Our operations are diverse and varied – in addition to the daily routine of a lunch restaurant, we organize meetings, parties, and other events both in the stunning event spaces of Lääkäritalo and at our customers' own celebrations. You will get to work in a versatile restaurant environment where no two days are the same. We are looking for a cook who has superb kitchen skills but is also comfortable working with customers in the dining area when necessary. Working hours are primarily on weekdays and day shifts, but evening and weekend work are part of the job description in connection with events and functions. Sufficient proficiency in Finnish is required for the position, as the recipes, work instructions, and self-monitoring documentation used in the work are in Finnish.
