Chief Executive Officer

We are seeking a Chief Executive Officer for Lempäälän Kehitys Oy to lead the strategic and operational activities of the company and drive the vitality, growth and future opportunities of the region by building partnerships with an capable team. As CEO you will lead the corporate strategy and operations, advance the development of workplace areas, facility solutions, business services, development projects, tourism marketing and business communications, and participate in the group leadership team. You will identify new opportunities, turn ideas into practice, and lead a three-person expert team with inspiration and drive while acting as a credible face of the company—visionary, responsible, and action-oriented. You will succeed by boldly building networks, strengthening partnerships, and serving as a compelling front figure for the company. Requirements include a suitable university degree, strong HR and financial leadership experience, demonstrated success in development projects or initiatives, experience in collaboration networks and ability to build partnerships, proficient use of digital tools, and an engaging, convincing leadership style. Knowledge of municipal decision-making mechanisms and business financing instruments is advantageous; experience with land use planning, land acquisition, zoning, and project development is also beneficial.
