Registered Nurse

This role combines responsible expert work, multidisciplinary cooperation, and supporting clients in their daily lives in their own homes. Your Role As a Registered Nurse, you will serve as a nursing expert within a multidisciplinary home care team. You have the right and ability to make nursing-related decisions and are independently responsible for your expert and professional duties. Your clinical responsibility includes the clients as well as the planning, implementation, and evaluation of their nursing care. You will support the nurses in your team and work in close cooperation with the team's lead nurse and other registered nurses. In your work, you will be able to utilize your strong professional expertise for the benefit of elderly clients. Meeting clients and their relatives in their homes is a central part of the job. What We Expect From You We value experience working with elderly people as well as proficiency in Pegasos, OMNI, and RAI. A valid LOVe medication permit and vaccination permit are considered an advantage. It is possible to complete the medication permit through the employer. The position requires good Finnish language skills. A driver's license and the possibility of using your own car are considered an advantage, but they are not essential. You can also move between client visits on foot or by bicycle. Eligibility requirement: Legal authorization as a registered nurse in accordance with the Act on Health Care Professionals (559/1994).
