Senior Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist (Construction Sector)

Based in Helsinki, you will play a key role in attracting and hiring top talent for our Industrial, Science & Technology team in Europe, while supporting recruitment across Data Centre, Life Science and Manufacturing projects in the Nordics. This is a hands‑on, end‑to‑end recruitment role where you will identify, engage, and hire exceptional project managers, cost managers, and project controls specialists who help deliver world‑class construction projects. You will collaborate closely with the wider European recruitment team, contributing to a high‑performing, fast‑paced environment.
