Personal assistance involves helping at home or outside the home with tasks that the person cannot perform themselves due to illness or disability. Assisting can include support for hobbies or studies, household chores, or enabling leisure activities. Sometimes the assistant's most important task is to be a conversational partner and companion: to be that unhurried person for another human being. The role of a personal assistant in the client's everyday life is significant, as the aim is to support and enable living at home for as long as possible, and to provide the opportunity for an active and meaningful daily life while respecting the client's right to self-determination. This job is for you if you seek variety and flexibility in your work; the work is performed according to the client's needs and wishes. You also have the opportunity to influence the timing of your shifts by agreeing with the client. You will work independently and commit to agreed practices. An open attitude and your own personality will take you far! Thanks to the flexibility, our work is suitable as extra income for both students and retirees.
