Location: Oulu Employment type: Full-time (40h/week), permanent Salary: According to the HVAC sector collective agreement (tes pl 3) + possible additions Start date: According to agreement Working hours: Shifts are on weekdays between 7:00 and 15:30 Insight into your future role We are looking for a construction professional for our site in Oulu. In this role, you will work at an industrial site, either independently or as part of a team. The job description includes various property maintenance tasks, renovations, and small contracts. We expect the applicant to have knowledge of the field and good problem-solving skills. Previous experience in similar roles is considered an advantage. You will succeed best if you enjoy both independent work and being part of a team, and if a service-oriented attitude, flexibility, and safe working practices are natural to you. What does success in the job require? * Education in the construction field * Fluent Finnish language skills * Occupational safety card is considered an advantage * Previous work experience, especially in construction maintenance of industrial properties, is considered an advantage * The person selected for the position will undergo drug testing (drug screen 6) before the start of employment.
