Join the cheerful team in Levi! We are seeking a new Santa Claus / Tonttula staff member who brings warmth, experiences and top customer service to our visitors. In the role you will be part of delivering the visitor experience and ensure that every interaction at Tonttula is magical and safe. Responsibilities include participating in the delivery of visits and encounters in the Santa role or related tonttu tasks, handling customer service, guiding visitors, ensuring comfort during events, collaborating with the entire Tonttula team, enforcing safety and hygiene requirements and keeping the work area tidy, and supporting event preparations, dressing room maintenance and small surprise programs. What we expect from you: excellent customer service attitude and ability to create warm, safe and immersive experiences for guests of all ages; good communication and stage presence, willingness to perform in a visible role; ability to work flexibly in varying situations and busy times with a positive and solution‑oriented mindset; basic Finnish and English skills; other languages are a plus; good teamwork and willingness to collaborate across areas; previous customer service or performance experience is a plus.
