Hotel Cleaner

We are looking for our sunny team SERVICE SPECIALISTS FOR HOTEL CLEANING TASKS IN TAMPERE! Work starts immediately upon finding suitable candidates. The job includes taking care of the cleaning and maintenance of hotel rooms and common areas. The job description includes, among other things, daily vacuuming of floors and carpets, wiping contact surfaces, efficient cleaning of sanitary facilities, changing clean linens, and replenishing hotel room supplies. At SOL, an employee is called a service specialist because you are responsible for the service you produce, i.e., a first-class cleaning result. Service specialists encounter hotel guests in their work, so customer service is also part of your job. We expect from the applicant: - At least 18 years of age - Flexibility and good customer service and interaction skills - At least satisfactory proficiency in Finnish Previous cleaning experience is considered an advantage, but you will also manage without it, as we will provide you with a thorough orientation to the hotel world and the environmentally friendly cleaning methods according to the Joutsen mark. The work also includes close cooperation with other service specialists in your team and the hotel staff. Shifts may include both room cleaning and common area cleaning tasks. Working hours per week are approx. 20 h/week; the length of shifts may vary according to the hotel's occupancy rate. Remuneration follows the Property Services sector collective agreement in salary groups 2-3. The salary is based on the demandingness of the task and work experience. Interested?
