Freelance Webcast Specialist — Open Application

We are looking for streaming-based video communications professionals interested in longer-term collaboration for our freelance network. Flik is part of the Inderes group, and together we specialise in the communications needs of Finnish listed companies. Demand is growing particularly quarterly and in the spring. In Flik productions, you have the opportunity to influence your own working methods. The most important thing in our work is to create a high-quality and impactful virtual meeting between the client and their stakeholders. Your main tool will be VideoSync, the market-leading cloud-based webinar platform. The workflow also involves software-based video mixers (vMix, etc.), Panasonic PTZ systems, NDI/IP-based tools and audio mixers. Familiarity with these tools is expected, and your colleagues are always ready to help. In this work, you will need a relaxed and open-minded attitude. You are not afraid to learn new things in a changing world, and you get along in both physical and virtual customer-facing situations. You take responsibility when faced with surprises and compromises. In return, you will have an equal and open working environment where you can influence matters that concern you. The Inderes group is committed to finding and retaining Finland’s most promising and skilled people. This means, for example, competitive compensation and the opportunity for a freelancer to use this as a stepping stone into our ongoing recruitment process.
