Open Application: Freelance Webcast Specialist

We are seeking streaming-based video communications professionals interested in long-term collaboration for our freelancer network. Flik is part of the Inderes Group, and together we specialise in the communications needs of Finnish listed companies. Demand is growing especially quarterly and in the spring. In Flik productions, you will have the opportunity to influence your own working methods. The most important thing in our work is that the result is a high-quality and impactful virtual encounter between the client and their stakeholders. Your main tool will be VideoSync, the market-leading cloud-based webinar platform. The workflow also involves software-based video mixers (vMix and similar), Panasonic PTZ systems, NDI/IP-based tools and audio mixers. Familiarity with these tools is expected; your colleagues are always ready to help. In this work, you will need a relaxed and open-minded attitude. You are not afraid to learn new things in a changing world, and you get along with people in both physical and virtual client-facing situations. You take responsibility when faced with surprises and compromises. In return, you will get an equal and open working environment where you can influence matters that affect you. The Inderes Group is committed to finding and retaining Finland's most promising and capable people. This means, for example, competitive compensation and the opportunity for freelancers to use this as a springboard into our ongoing recruitment process.
