The work is suitable for you if you enjoy mobile work and varied working days, and can work responsibly in different environments. The varied duties include, among other things, home, office and post-construction cleaning in Tampere and nearby areas. Your working day may consist of several different sites. The work involves travelling between sites and working independently on customers’ premises. Duties may include: • Post-construction cleaning at completed sites • High-level dusting • Maintenance cleaning • Home and office cleaning • Taking care of tools and supplies • Responsible handling of customers’ keys • Working with a personnel lift when needed Some sites have high spaces, so you should be comfortable working at height. You will succeed in this job if you enjoy mobile work and several different sites during the day, can travel independently between sites in the Tampere area, follow agreed schedules punctually, quickly learn the work instructions and service descriptions for new sites, and work independently on customers’ premises. You take responsibility for tools, supplies and keys, solve everyday situations on your own initiative, and adapt flexibly to changing workdays and schedules. We expect you to have a good attitude to work, motivation, good physical fitness, fluent Finnish, and to be at least 18 years old. You need a category B driving licence and the ability to use a car during working days. Previous experience in cleaning is an advantage but not essential. Above all, we value reliability, initiative and a willingness to commit to the work for the long term. The following are considered advantages: experience in post-construction cleaning; experience in home or office cleaning; experience using a personnel lift; and a valid Occupational Safety Card.
