Mechanic

We are looking for a vehicle mechanic to join our team, with basic skills in vehicle maintenance and repair and a desire to develop professionally. In this role, you will carry out varied maintenance, repair and fault-diagnosis work on different vehicles. We value someone who is energetic, careful and eager to learn, and who takes initiative at work. Extensive previous experience or the ability to handle demanding repairs is not required; the most important things are a sound grasp of vehicle-technology basics and a willingness to learn new things. Your duties include, for example: - Scheduled and basic servicing - Servicing and repair of brake, suspension and steering systems - Changing oils, filters and other consumables - Tyre changes and other general maintenance work - Basic vehicle fault diagnosis - Other varied maintenance and repair work We expect you to have: - Basic skills in vehicle maintenance and repair - An interest in cars and vehicle technology - Familiarity with the most common workshop tools and equipment - A careful and responsible approach to work - Initiative and a desire to learn more - The ability to work both independently and as part of a team - Education in the field and/or practical experience Previous experience with more demanding repair work is an advantage.
