Construction Manager · On-Site\n\nJob Title - Construction Manager (Data Centre)\nLocation - Frankfurt\nRate - Competitive\nContract - 12 months, (Open to extension)\n Our Client is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to help play a key role in the successful delivery of a major Data Centre project by managing construction activities in accordance with project milestones, safety requirements and client expectations.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nActing as a representative, managing consultant, contractor and stakeholder teams throughout the project lifecycle.\nEstablish project objectives, delivery strategy and key success metrics.\nLead project governance, risk management and change control processes.\nManage programme schedule, budget performance and procurement activities.\nEnsure design integrity, technical compliance and quality standards are maintained.\nDrive effective reporting, documentation and stakeholder communication.\nOversee statutory approvals, permitting requirements and regulatory compliance.\nLead project handover, close-out activities and successful operational transition.\nCoordinate CSA, Mechanical, Electrical and Commissioning teams\nFamiliarity with FIDIC contracts and project controls\nSupport testing, commissioning and integrated systems testing (IST) activities.\n\nRequirements\nExtensive experience managing large-scale capital construction projects.\nProven track record delivering complex multi-million euro projects through all project phases, from concept and design through to completion and handover.\nStrong client-facing leadership and stakeholder management skills.\nPrevious Data Centre, Mission Critical, Pharmaceutical, Semiconductor or High-Tech Manufacturing experience preferred.\nExperience working for a main contractor, client, EPC or consultancy environment.\nGerman Speaking Qualification at a professional standard\nRite to work as a Freelancer In Germany\n \nIf you are interested in this role, apply below or send your CV to contact@g2recruitment.com\n\n g2 Recruitment are committed to equality of opportunity for all applications from individuals are encouraged regardless of age, disability, sex, gender reassignment, sexual orientation, pregnancy and maternity, race, religion or belief and marriage and civil partnerships or any other characteristic protected by law.\n\n\n Apply Now
