Warehouse Manager

We are looking for a warehouse manager to oversee the storerooms at the Ristikiventie location in Oulu and the Turku (Pansiontie) scaffolding storage facilities. We are one of Europe's largest players in scaffolding and shoring and Finland's leading subcontractors in the construction industry. Our client base is broad; we implement scaffolding and shoring projects both on buildings and in industry, always combining smooth service with solid expertise. Key tasks include inventory management of scaffolding equipment, equipment condition and maintenance; management of equipment for customer contracts and transports in collaboration with Sales; forecasting availability with Sales and planning; supervisory duties including organization operations, staffing planning, onboarding, ensuring skills and training, and maintaining workplace well-being; ensuring the functionality and profitability of subcontracting agreements (the Ristikiventie and Pansiontie warehouse operations are carried out by an external operator), continuous development of warehouse operations in collaboration with the subcontractor; inventories of scaffolding and safety equipment; development of logistics processes, including transport activities, with cost efficiency, safety and environmental considerations. Requirements include experience in supervisory roles, strong IT/equipment system proficiency (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, Exflow, Excel), English language skills, experience in scaffolding and/or warehousing is advantageous, good organizational skills, and strong interpersonal skills.
