Site Supervisor

We are looking for a customer service professional for the position of site supervisor in Töölö, Helsinki. In your work, you will monitor, for example, the security of the property using technology and maintain security also in customer service tasks, advising and guiding customers and staff. You will also work closely with the client's various stakeholders and the various functions of Securitas Oy. In addition to preventive security work, you will react quickly to possible exceptional or problem situations. The task is a full-time weekday job (shifts 7:30-15:30 and 10:15-18:15). Remuneration is the 4th level salary according to the collective agreement for the guarding industry (from September 1st 2320e/month). We also offer new employees a 500e bonus after an 8-month employment relationship. Qualifications: We hope that you have previously worked in security tasks. The task requires versatile expertise in customer service and security supervisor work. For the smooth running of operations, you need clear oral and written expression skills in both Finnish and English. In addition, the task requires a valid guard card. You may be the person we are looking for if you are proactive in your working methods and can act professionally even under pressure. A credit check and personal security clearance will be made for the selected person.
