Practical Nurse

Rinnekodit Teemunkoti Lahti seeks practical nurses for short-term fixed-term contracts to ensure smooth daily life for clients during the Christmas holiday period. Responsibilities include basic care, medication administration, and rehabilitative care with strong guidance. We require a completed practical nurse qualification and registration or final-year studies, social- and health-care professional card (Kanta security card) or willingness to obtain during trial period, readiness for three-shift work, basic Finnish language for documentation and client interaction, vaccination protection under the Infectious Diseases Act §48, good collaboration skills, and ability to work in a multidisciplinary team. The workplace is smoke-free and substance-free. A criminal background check will be performed as required by law. We offer competitive pay under the G22 pay scale (2562.61–2901.33 €) plus shift allowances; possible partial-year pay scale for final-year students (2408.85–2727.25 €) plus shift allowances; 150 €/month allowance for demanding work with developmental disabilities; comprehensive occupational health and extensive accident insurance; possibility of part-time employment; a dedicated mentor and planned onboarding; and opportunities for career coaching.
