Fleet Operations Lead will act as the right hand to the Fleet Manager, responsible for smooth fleet operations, developing processes and operating models, and ensuring clear operating procedures, data, and active partnerships to support daily work. The role covers both day-to-day fleet activities and development work, and includes support for opening new markets and ensuring vehicle-related components are ready for operational launches in new countries. Key tasks include creating, developing and optimizing fleet processes and operating models; coordinating team activities and defining responsibilities; identifying, evaluating, and contracting partners; improving cost-efficiency and reliability of fleet operations; coordinating fleet due-diligence, vehicle transports and other preparatory work for opening new countries; ensuring timely completion of vehicle-related packages before a country opens; supporting the Fleet Manager in development projects and operations planning. What we expect: hands-on experience in responsible, autonomous roles in logistics, operational activities or international expansion; ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and drive things to completion; strong problem-solving skills and proactive, practical working style; excellent organizational and prioritization skills; excellent English oral and written skills; Spanish, German, Italian or French is a plus.
